Experience

After moving to Atchison in 1990 I quickly learned to appreciate the beauty and possibilities of this small, historic town.  In 1992 I helped my dad restore a great Victorian home that had been in the family for years.  Since that first project I, along with my family, went on to restore other homes in Atchison and began the family business Hausmann Restoration. 

I initially became a Realtor to help Hausmann Restoration buy and sell their beautiful renovations.  Now, I would like to be able to share that expertise with others.  I have knowledge in older structures, construction and home improvement, and can assist buyers applying for National and State grants or Atchison’s own tax rebate program.  If you are looking to buy a great investment property, an elegant ready-to-live-in home, or you want to list your home with someone who appreciates and will capitalize on its uniqueness I would love to help.
